Shipping

As soon as your payment has cleared, your order will ship that day or the following
day (Monday-Saturday). All United States orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. International orders are shipped First Class International USPS. There is free shipping on all USA orders. 

Returns and Refunds

Refunds or exchanges will only be issued on unworn shoes. Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged box. Returns should be shipped to: Squeaky Shoes 4 Tots, c/o Nation Enterprise. P.O. Box 492, Spencer, IN 47460 within 10 days for an exchange or refund.  Postage to re-ship a new item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shoes must have squeaker intact to receive a refund or exchange.

Note: There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items. Please use the foot sizing chart to avoid the need to return an item because of improper size. You will find the chart at the bottom of the "Add to cart" section of each shoe.

Damaged Items 

Each item is inspected before shipping to insure the quality of your purchase. Items that are clearly damaged during shipping must be returned before receiving a refund or exchange. We will cover the postage in this case.

Backorders and Out of stock 

Items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as we can get them from the factory. If the item is no longer available, you will receive a refund or an exchange for another item of equal value.
