Shipping
As soon as your payment has cleared, your order will ship that day or the following
morning (Monday-Saturday). All United States orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2 to 4 days). International orders are shipped First Class International USPS The shipping cost for one pair of shoes is $5.00. After that shipping is free.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds or exchanges will only be issued on unworn shoes. Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged box. Returns should be returned to: Squeaky Shoes 4 tots, 1024 N US Hwy 231, Spencer, IN 47460 within 10 days for an exchange or refund. Postage to return an item and $5.00 to re-ship a new item will be your responsibility.
Shoes must have squeaker intact to receive a refund or exchange.
Damaged Items
Each item is inspected before shipping to insure the quality of your purchase. Items that are clearly damaged during shipping must be returned before receiving a refund or exchange. We will cover the postage in this case.
Backorders and Out of stock
Items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as we can get them from the factory. If the item is no longer available you will receive a refund or an exchange for another item.
